General Summary: Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking to hire a talented HCP Marketing Associate Director - Kidney, US reporting to the Director, HCP Marketing - Kidney, US, to join our growing team in Boston, MA. The HCP Marketing Associate Director (AD) will be responsible for understanding the healthcare professionals we hope to serve, and developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that are customized and relevant to them. This role is critical as we prepare for the launch of our first kidney therapy that has the potential to transform the lives of patients across multiple serious diseases. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and the ability to translate clinical data into impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will have an ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change, demonstrate strong communication, work effectively within cross-functional teams, and have a problem-solving and strategic mindset. Pay Range: $162,800 - $244,200 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
